When conflicts arise affecting your business, real estate, finances, or professional life, you need an attorney with extensive knowledge and expertise to evaluate the factual and legal issues involved and determine the best course of action based upon your unique circumstances and needs.

Craig Spadafore is an experienced litigation attorney that has represented hundreds of individuals and businesses in state and federal trial courts, appellate courts, arbitration proceedings, mediations, administrative actions, and governmental/employer audits or investigations.

Litigation is time consuming and costly. But Spadafore Law will always zealously represent its client’s legal rights and is not afraid to go head-to-head in contested cases or take a case to trial when informal resolutions are not possible. At the end of the day, litigation is about problem solving and obtaining results for the client.
